Thunder Lake Management Inc. (TLM) is committed to minimising the impact of its activities on the environment. The key points of its strategy to achieve this are:

Minimise waste by evaluating operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible.
Minimise the impact on sustainability of all office and transportation activities.

Source and promote a product range to minimise the environmental impact of both production and distribution.
Comply with all relevant environmental legislation.
Raise awareness among employees and contractors of environmental issues and the role they play in improving corporate performance.
Review practices from time to time to ensure ongoing improvements are made.
Purchase of equipment and consumption of resources
Minimise our use of paper and other office consumables, for example by double-siding all paper used, minimising colour printing, and identifying opportunities to reduce waste.
As far as possible arrange for the reuse or recycling of office waste, including paper, computer supplies and redundant equipment.
Reduce the energy consumption of office equipment by purchasing energy efficient equipment and good housekeeping.
Ensure that timber furniture and any other timber products are recycled or from well-managed, sustainable sources and are Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified.
Working practices and advice to clients
Ensure that any associates that we employ take account of sustainability issues in their advice to clients.
